Callie’s Biscuits, Red Truck Bakery and St. James Cheese Company are getting attention from Trend-Spotters, Southern Living Magazine and The Cheesemonger Invitational for their divine gourmet creations.
Callie’s Biscuits not only won Sofi awards at the 58th annual NASFT Fancy Food Show, but was also picked by the trend-spotters as one of five trends of the year at the show. Callie’s was one of five shops in The New South category – read about Callie’s and other award-winning food in the Gourmet Retailer article.
The Red Truck Bakery got the attention of Southern Living Magazine with their delectable cakes and baked goods. The bakery’s selected items are being photographed today by the magazine and will be featured in an upcoming story this year.
The St. James Cheese Company will be participating in the 3rd Annual Cheesemonger Invitational this weekend in New York. For those of you who are ignorant as to what a Cheesemonger Invitational is, it’s a time for fabulous cheese gurus to showcase their knowledge of cheese in every fashion imaginable.
